Niels Ebbe Dalsgaard

Det er med stor sorg, at vi må orientere jer om, at Musholms administrerende direktør, Niels Ebbe Dalsgaard, er gået bort.

Niels har været en central del af Musholm siden virksomhedens begyndelse og har gennem årene sat et markant aftryk på både Musholms udvikling og på dansk akvakultur. Med stort engagement, faglighed og vedholdenhed har han været med til at udvikle Musholm til den virksomhed, vi er i dag, og samtidig været en stærk stemme for vores erhverv.

Niels vil blive savnet af mange – både i Musholm og blandt de mange samarbejdspartnere og relationer, han gennem årene har opbygget. Han efterlader sig et stort fagligt og menneskeligt aftryk.

Selvom hans bortgang er et stort tab for Musholm, står virksomheden solidt. Den daglige drift fortsætter stabilt og uændret, og vores fokus er fortsat på vores kunder, samarbejdspartnere og den videre udvikling af Musholm. Vi arbejder målrettet på at sikre kontinuitet i organisationen og i alle vores samarbejder. Vi håber derfor, at I vil have forståelse for, at der i den kommende tid kan være en naturlig periode med omstilling, men samtidig være trygge ved, at Musholm fortsætter sit arbejde og sine forpligtelser som hidtil.

Vi vil gerne takke jer for jeres samarbejde og støtte – og ikke mindst for jeres forståelse i denne svære tid for Musholm og Niels’ nærmeste.

Niels bisættes torsdag den 27. august kl. 12:00 fra Skt. Mikkels Kirke i Slagelse.

Efter bisættelsen mindes vi Niels på Selchausdal Gods, Selchausdalvej 6, 4291 Ruds-Vedby. Alle er meget velkomne.

It is with deep sadness, that we inform you of the passing of Musholm’s Chief Executive Officer, Niels Ebbe Dalsgaard.

Niels has been a central part of Musholm since the company’s beginnings and, over the years, left a significant mark on both the development of Musholm and the Danish aquaculture industry. With great dedication, expertise and perseverance, he helped shape Musholm into the company it is today, while also being a strong and respected voice for our industry.

Niels will be deeply missed – both within Musholm and by the many business partners and professional contacts he built relationships with over the years. He leaves behind a lasting professional and personal legacy.

Although Niels’ passing is a great loss to Musholm, the company remains strong and well positioned. Our day-to-day operations will continue as usual, and our focus remains firmly on our customers, business partners and the continued development of Musholm. We are working diligently to ensure continuity throughout the organisation and across all our business relationships. We therefore hope for your understanding that there may naturally be a period of transition in the time ahead. At the same time, we wish to reassure you that Musholm will continue its work and honour its commitments as before.

We would like to thank you for your continued cooperation and support – and, not least, for your understanding during this difficult time for Musholm and for Niels’ family and loved ones.

Niels’ funeral will take place on Thursday, 27^th of August, at 12 noon at Sct. Mikkels Church, Rosengade 4a, 4200 Slagelse.

Following the funeral, we will gather to remember and honor Niels at Selchausdal Estate, Selchausdalvej 6, 4291 Ruds-Vedby. Everyone is very welcome.
